Gerard O’Neill is the Founder and Principal of O’Neill & Company. Gerard qualified with a BCL Degree from UCC and qualified as a Solicitor through the incorporated Law Society of Ireland in 1984.
Having commenced Practice for the Partner with Firm of Richard R O’Hanrahan & Company, Gerard founded O’Neill & Company Solicitors in 1993.
He has extensive experience of advising clients in a range of matters with a particular emphasis on litigation in the High and Circuit Courts. He has developed recognised expertise in all contentious areas of litigation and has provided lectures to the Legal Profession in Practice Management and current trends in litigation. He has represented both individuals and multinational Insurance Companies and State Bodies. Gerard is experienced in dispute resolution, mediation and conciliation.
